Customers are directed to take an online survey via business card handed to every customer. Customers are given an incentive to complete the survey (ie. a discount, a free product, a chance of winning a gift card, etc.).
Survey results are tallied on a monthly basis and sent to the owner/general manager. If desired, we can analyze the findings on a quarterly basis and present the results, along with recommendations based on key insights. We will compare your results versus category norms developed from other research. Over time, we will develop specific segment norms for comparison purposes.
